USAID’s Office of Microenterprise & Private Enterprise Promotion is looking for engaging photos and their stories to highlight the human face of USAID's microenterprise development work. The Office is currently drafting its Microenterprise Results Report to Congress, so it's a perfect time to let your successes be known! Selected submissions will have a chance to be featured in the 2014 report to Congress and will also be highlighted on Microlinks.
The Office invites USAID Missions and implementing partners to submit success stories that showcase real impact for individuals in areas such as: microfinance, technological innovation, urban enterprises, improved nutrition, and reaching the extreme poor. Please note that submissions may be further edited due to space constraints. Photo submissions should be high quality—photos that are at least 600 pixels wide and 300 dpi are preferred.
If you have successes to share from this past year, submit your photos, with a one to two-page success story, to firstname.lastname@example.org. Photos and captions will also be accepted via Twitter and Facebook!
The deadline for submissions is April 30.
